I threw a few spoonful's on on a chicken breast and I loved that fresh chile/pepper taste but I did have to add my own heat, but then again the only hot condiment in my kitchen is Scorpion pepper sauce. :D

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: Hatch Chilis are blans AF.

I was taken in by all the reviews about how wonderful Hatch brand green chilis are. There was a period where I couldn't find canned green chilis, apparently there was a shortage for a while, so I found these at Amazon. I am very disappointed. The chilis have not been peeled well, so there is a lot of tough skin that does not break down with cooking. I've also occasionally found a stem. Basically, these are not prepared or cleaned well at all. I will finish the cans that i got (I had to get several, could not buy just one can), but I will not get this brand again.
