Eris Concave Griddle Tava, 10.25-Inch, Black

I expected a cheap, flimsy griddle/comal....but, this is excellent. It is well machined aluminium with a sturdy handle and a good looking non stick coating. The bottom is machined flat so it will be stable on flat burners. My dome griddle cover fits this perfect, can be used to grill bacon or burgers. Even if the non stick falls off it will be good for heating tortillas. Read the excellent instructions about care of the non stick coating, treat all of your non stick items like this and they will last much longer. Made in India.

This is probably one of the best additions to my kitchen. Do you like quesadillas? This thing cooks them PERFECT! Just heating up tortillas? BOOM - PERFECT. I'm sad we didn't have this before, but use the heck out of it now. Buy this IMMEDIATELY. :)

I really like this pan. I use it daily for my roti's. I did think it would be bit bigger so I can make dosas but it's still good for roti. It's pricier then what I would've paid in India, but I don't go back home much so I had to buy from amazon.

The handle weighs it down so the pan will not lie flat. Couldn't use ir. Too difficult. Had to return it.

Great product for Indian kitchen. This is the second time we have purchased - the first one lasted about 4 years.

This Tawa is small. It doesn’t sit evenly on the stove, I have to place something under the handle to prop it up

The handle came with dried glue and paper stuck all over it. It has been super difficult to get it off and very hard to work with. If not held properly, it can also cause an injury as the sticky stuff is sharp. Very dissaapointed. The griddle itself is okay.

Very effective, light and easy to clean.
