poor materials , poor assembly . poor and defective materials , poor servicethey couldn't even assemble it straight or tighten the partsI shook that washer and splinter out of the guitar body , the pickup selector was defective and the tuners were falling offAND Amazon dropped the ball on this , I complained the day I received it , also the neck was out of wack .the dealer wanted me to wait while he fixed it ?????? check the BBB rating
