Q: Is this good in heavy rain?

I did not get the chance to own this umberella. I ordered and paid for this umbrella in November 2017. I then went away at the beginning of December 2017 before the delivery date. There was no one at home to accept the item so it went back. Despite me contacting the supplier by email on my return in March 2018, I never received a reply, my refund or the umbrella. Sorry can't help you. Petal
