Cuisinart CBK-200 Convection Bread Maker with 1 YR CPS Enhanced Protection Pack

Love the the bread maker but the cost seems high. The old one only lasted two years did nit make very many loafs of bread they would not repair it. The motor failed.

First delivery was a no go. Machine was making an awful screech when the convection fan was on. So they sent me another. Was supposed to be overnighted, but we all know how that goes. I've made 4 loaves so far and not one of them was even close to being edible. Was grinding fresh wheat berries. Tried Hard Red. Hard White and Soft White. All I wanted was a simple french loaf and all I got were bricks. Not sure what I'll do now. Probably will try a couple more times before I give up and send this back as well.Ok so I was finally successful in making a great loaf of white bread. I went to the store an bought some bread flour and that seemed to do the trick. Will keep experimenting and hopefully I will be able to make great bread out of freshly milled flour as well. Will update when I do.

This bread machine is the best! I bought one of these 17 years ago and have been using it until recently when the hinges on the top wore down and it broke off. I just purchased another one of this same brand and type.

Pro: Shiny chrome finish on this item which is refreshing. Have purchased 4-5 bread machines over the span of 30 yrs. This is our second Cuisinart & the convection version does improve the taste & texture of the bread.Con: The footprint of this product is slightly larger & it is still a bit noisy when mixing. Also the time to bake basic bread still takes over 3 hours.

I have used it twice since I got it a week ago. I am loving it! Love that it has beep notifications for adding mix-ins and to remove the mixing paddle. I have only used King Arthur box mixes and not my own ingredients so far, however my breads, a multigrain and a sourdough have come out perfectly! Very happy!

This product is pretty legit if you enjoy homemade bread! Clean up is quick and painless.

Review were helpful.Timer is off. I have made different size loafs, if I don’t set it on light crust it comes out burnt . Small loaf comes out burnt on light crust.I am disappointed in this purchase.

I love this bread maker. I have had older models in the past and I love the delayed timer, mix-in notification and ease of use! Highly recommend for the price!

Je suis gluten intolérant donc faire mon pain un plus . Après plusieurs tentatives j utilise maintenant le setting le plus chaud afin de réussir. Le premier cycle de brassage des ingrédients n est pas suffisant long . Votre livre de recettes avec la machine est pas ….UTILISER votre gros bon sense et vous aimerais votre machine .
