So comfortable, but terrible to assemble! Had to drill out the holes myself because the ones that were already there were not deep enough or wide enough

They look great but out of 4 that I ordered 3 came damaged...Stains and tears on the sit, completely broken legs....They are comfy and look good for the price

The wood finish is non existent, gouges in the legs and White wood filler everywhere. Bought them as a gift, return window is closed. Complete rip off. They were willing to accept a return but the shipping was at my expense. UPS wanted $150. I'm surprised with Amazon's inaction as to this problem.

I love these chairs!!! These are high quality, comfortable chairs. I will be purchasing more of these in a bar height to match my breakfast nook. I had read reviews about the legs being different heights. My husband made the mistake of turning the front legs the other direction on the 2nd one he assembled. It was a quick and easy fix to turn the legs for the holes to align like the first one.

I had ordered two sets so I could have four chairs and the first round came with a couple missing pieces. I have no idea if it was on the part of the sender or the postal service. Either way, I contacted the merchant letting them know the issue and they resolved the issue immediately. I could not have been more happy with the service and the end product is comfortable, beautiful and extremely easy to set up.

The chairs are perfect! The shipping process can use some help! It took three tries to get it correct. First time one chair was broken. Second time the replacement chairs were not the color we originally purchased. Third time was a charm!

LOVE these chairs. They match perfectly in our house and the customer service is off the charts amazing! We will buy from this company again for sure. 100% recommend them. The price is in my opinion is incredible for the high quality chairs you are getting making this purchase well worth every penny. Shipping was super fast and they were very easy to put together.
