Faber Castell 141003 Bottle Ink, Stone Grey, 2.5 fl oz (75 ml)

I read about this ink in a blog and wanted to try it. Being new to fountain pens, I had no idea what to expect, and the other reviews here were very helpful. After using this ink for several weeks, I can say that I enjoy it. It flows well out of my pen and is "shaded" so that some strokes are lighter than others - very nice effect. The grey is dark enough to be seen and photocopied. The ink dries fairly quickly, but I'm still careful. I look forward to trying other Faber Castell brands. The bottle itself is heavy and quite attractive.

This ink is a very dark grey that has a lot of "spread" (where it's darker in some strokes than in others.) It can be hard to distinguish from black on some papers, but on others it's a lovely, matte grey colour.

Wonderful, my favorite everyday ink 😊 Wonderful shading, it's dark but not as dark as black and flows wonderfully from a dark gray to lighter as you write.

I am looking for inks with rich colors and are waterproof. These ink are described as "Indelible" which I (obviously mistakenly) understood to mean at least water resistant, if not waterproof. They are neither. The inks (I have several, being gifted some for Christmas) have rich colors and flow very well, but I am definitely disappointed in their lack of water resistance. I had hoped to used them for ink and wash drawing.Steve

グレーとブラウンで水に強いインクが欲しかったので、ストーングレーとヘーゼルナッツブラウンを購入しました。染料インクのペリカン「ロイヤルブルー」より耐水性があり、没骨子（古典）インクのペリカン「ブルーブラック」より少し耐水性に劣る、という感じでした。ドキュメントプルーフとあるので、裏写りしにくいインクなのだと思います。トモエリバーのノートは裏抜けしませんでしたが、満寿屋のMONOKAKIノートだとほんの少しですが裏抜けする部分があります。水に溶けますが、文字の形は残ります。ペンは中字のガラスペン、紙はニーモシネ、筆は水筆です。太めの万年筆だと少し淡く出るのかもしれません。色はマットな濃いグレーと赤みのあるブラウンです。ブラウンは水で滲ませるとピンクとグリーンが薄く出てきます。使いやすそうなインクなので、細字、中字の万年筆に入れて使ってみようと思っています。

Questo è il terzo colore che acquisto in boccetta di questa marca, dopo aver testato questi e altri colori con le cartucce. Ho preso il nero carbone e il verde muschio, e ora questo Granato. Il nero carbone ha un effetto bellissimo, scuro e brillante allo stesso tempo. Il verde muschio credo che sia mescolato con un po' di nero perché è un verde scuro con dei riflessi nerastri molto eleganti. Ora invece ho preso questo colore rosso Granato, a sua volta leggermente scurito ma i toni scuri si notano solo nelle curve della calligrafia, non particolarmente nei tratti dritti, il che lo rende molto affascinante. Questi inchiostri, incluso il nero carbone, sono molto scorrevoli e non intasano il pennino neanche quello extra-fine. Anche se non ho utilizzato alcune stilografiche con questi colori per settimane, non ho avuto bisogno di ripulire pennini con acqua bollente perché hanno ripreso subito a scrivere. Naturalmente, da collezionista di stilografiche non utilizzo inchiostri di qualità con penne di basso livello e questo fa la differenza. Inoltre, utilizzo preferibilmente carta rhodia oppure Oxford. Il nome dell' inchiostro scritto in modo da sembrare a mano sulla scatola rende bene l'idea del colore finale. Ho provato inchiostri di varie marche, con diverse densità, alcuni anche più cari di questi ma alla fine torno sempre dalla Graf von faber-castell tranne per un colore, il nero di seppia, che prendo della marca Octopus Fluids (costano meno e sono ottimi).

Quel gris splendide avec un shading prononcé! Le nom de gris pierre n'est pas usurpé, l'encre m'évoque singulièrement du granit entre gris clair et foncé. L'encre se comporte très bien dans une plume medium assez grasse. Je n'ai pas encore eu essayé sur une fine ou extra fine personnellement mais je n'ai pas entendu de mauvais retours.Léger bémol, la bouteille fuyait un peu à la réception, c'est un soucis que je n'ai jamais eu jusqu'à présent sur les autres GvFC.
