I've been using this serum consistently for my workouts, but most notably for running (Runner's Peak, duh), and I have to say that it does what it says. I don't even use the full dosage, which is 5ml taken in 1ml intervals. I only use 3ml and I still feel really pumped to get my workout in. When I'm running, I can last longer, which is really important for me because I have a running test coming up where I need to do 1.5 miles under 13:48, which I can already do (I can do it a whole 3 minutes faster), but I'm aiming for 9:00 and this is really helping me achieve that goal. It even works for me when I bench press, I feel more pumped to workout. I like to exercise in the mornings right after I wake up, and my gym is in my own home, so I just wake up all groggy, take the serum, wait about 10-15 minutes, and then start pumping iron or running. I'll definitely continue to take this, and it really makes me want to try some of their other products, but I'll wait until this runs out. I will say that I had another product of MMUSA's some years ago, and the instructions on the bottle said to take the drops under the tongue, but this bottle says to place them on the tongue. I'm uncertain why the method has changed, since before it used to say that it needs to go under the tongue to get absorbed quickly and bypass the digestive system or something like that. Either way I still place them under my tongue, but I keep the serum in my mouth for like 20-30 seconds rather than just immediately swallowing it which is what the directions seem to imply. I'm not sure if that does anything special, but I like to think it does. Great product, I recommend trying it and seeing if it works for you. Also, for anyone that wants to know, I'm 5'6 (yeah, I'm short), 161 pounds, max bench 265.

I like the product because it can be added to water and does not give you the trembles. Took the recommended dosage and did notice a kick of energy during workouts. Lasts about 1.5 hrs.

This product actually works as intended. Just before going out for my run, I take four pumps of this liquid and I feel that I can run longer distances without feeling fatigued compared. I now run longer distances and feel more energized.

Been using for 6 months and this stuff of amazing. I have always been a runner, never tried creatine for that (only for weight lifting here and there). I take a hit of this before a HIIT workout, and 1/2 hour later I’m a beast. Although I’m in really good interval shape from doing x5 HIIT workouts a week for 15-30 minutes, I hadn’t done much road running. Started going out on the road once a week for 5 miles max. After 2 months of that, I felt like I could blast off a decent 5K time, so I gave it a go. Ran an 18:37 which is a perfect 6:00 mile pace. On 5 miles a week training! BTW I’m 52 years old. So take that. Swear by this stuff needless to say.

This has red dye in it. But this ingredient isn’t listed on the ad - deceptive. Other than that, I feel it working.

Of course, everyone's body is different so be mindful what works for one might not work for you. I ordered this to start back running and the first week I didn't think it did anything so I continued taking it the second week I noticed I was running longer without stopping and my breathing was better I did not feel tired just my lazy mind sometimes gets the best of me. A change of mind and attitude towards running increases the effects, remember that. I have to trick my mind into believing I love running and eventually my body continues on its own with the help of this product. Mind over matter!

Foul taste but once you get past that it works well.
