Actually really enjoy having this. I read a lot of poor reviews online and I thought it wasn't going to work out. Turns out it works very well. I live in a homestay, which is a spare room inside of a house. So far, i've had full kbbq dinners in my small room with my friends and my housemates never even knew! it barely smokes, so if you have an air purifier you're good to go. I also bought a portable batter pack to take this baby to the park or camping. Perfect way to have kbbq without actually going to kbbq.

UPDATE: After less than 2 years of use it constantly cycles on and off and takes forever to cook. It also started smoking from the control area and has become a huge fire hazard. I don't recommend for long term use or unattended use.I rarely leave reviews. The family absolutely loves this infrared grill. There's little to no smoke when cooking...and no strong cooking smell all over the house. This is an item I will be sharing with all my friends and family from now on. You will not regret this purchase. And it was much cheaper than at the Korean grocery store. Having Korean bbq at home is now easy because of this! Easy set-up, cooking, and clean-up!
