On the upside, keeping my head warm while listening to music is a very smart idea, and the price is reasonable. On the downside, the one size fits all means that, for those of us with average or small heads, there will be a lot of excess material on the top and that can look a little goofy. There is no "on" light or if there is it is hidden. Chances are, you will leave the speakers on without knowing it and will drain the battery. There is a hole in the pad to allow viewing of the charge light but it is so small, you have to jiggle the pad around to get the charging light to show through the hole. The same issue exists with the charging port, you have to jiggle the speaker around in the pad to find the port - not a big deal but I am afraid that, with all the jostling, I will rip or fray the seams of the speaker pocket and diminish the shelf life of my hat. It seems that, with a little design and engineering "know how", a better product version is just around the corner.

Yah, the person below talking about how to pair it, that was very helpful. It’s kind of confusing and frankly you wouldn’t know unless you’re familiar with this product. You need to have your Bluetooth off first and turn the beanie Bluetooth on first, then turn on the Bluetooth on your device. You’ll hear power on and pairing and then the beanie will show up on your device.

Bought this couple of weeks ago, have been using it ever since, to keep my ears warm when outside.It's very soft and warm, love the material. Sound quality is great.Only thing is, the instruction comes with it is a bit not clear for the paring. I hold the button until I hear "power on", then I release. But actually you need to keep holding it until you hear "paring", otherwise it won't pair. Initially I thought its not compatible since I have a older phone, then when I come back to the amazon site, and realize need to hold it longer.Other than that, all perfect.

My spouse struggles with clinically diagnosed chronic insomnia where nothing ever seems to help much and uses ASMR to fall asleep. Previously, that meant headphones getting caught, falling out, and getting lost in the bed along with the phone or playing it out loud for me to hear as well. I came across this while looking at headphones to wear while running and saw some reviews that said it was great for insomnia. The Bluetooth is perfect because that means the phone can stay charging on the nightstand and it’s extremely comfortable. After the first use, my spouse woke up ecstatic! The sound quality is great too! No static, great volume, and nearly noise cancelling. I’ve already decided to order one for myself just for fun, but if you know someone with insomnia, or even someone who just falls asleep with headphones on a nightly basis, get them one of these! It’s not a cure, but it helps!

My guy has been told he is not able to use his bt headset anymore at work. I have been looking for a way around this. It's now winter and he has a shaved head. I thought a bennie and a bluetooth headset together perfect. He actually likes these. It keeps his head warm and he can still listen to music while he works. It lasts for up to 10 hours, so one day of his work. Easy to charge it comes with the charging cable. He was able to connect it to his phone quickly and easily. You can use it for calls as well, but I think he turns it off when he gets a call as I cannot tell he is on it or not. There is a mic somewhere in the bennie. This is washable, just remove the control panel and speakers before washing.

I got this for my fiancé as a gift for his birthday. He works outside and in the winter he’s always wearing a beanie which makes it hard to hear let alone listen to music. This was perfect so he could stay warm and listen to music while working.His coworkers and boss wasn’t able to hear the music and he was still able to hear his surroundings.The battery lasts all day for him and he’s actually really fantastic quality for the price!

I bought this as a gift for our family gift exchange that has an eclectic mix of ages & interests and it was a BIG hit.It seemed to be a gift that I was surprised to see a lot of different people were interested in.I did charge and listen before gifting and was impressed by the sound but I’m not super picky.The box and presentation makes it perfect as a gift.It seemed warm and not bulky...looks like a regular beanie. I’m not sure anyone would guess it also has sound built in.

Man oh man!! This hat is LIT!!! Super easy pairing, sounds amazing, no wires or fumbling with device over your ears or pods slipping out, long lasting charge., phone calls crisp n clear,..absolutely LOVE this hat. And this hat is Warm and fits great!! Woo-hoo!!

Firstly, I have had several Bluetooth Beanies, but I have never found one that I really like in all respects. However, now I have! It is soft, comfortable to wear (I am an adult), and very warm. I used it in the park today, in London, and whilst it was very cold my head and ears were kept warm. This is clearly a well made product. Bluetooth pairing worked first time and all the controls function as they should, playing music and changing over to phone mode (pausing the music) with an incoming call or message alert (I use a Samsung Galaxy S8). Sound quality is really excellent when fed with a good source - I use hi resolution audio 96kHZ 24-bit on my phone and the Beanie sound is very wide and expansive, and highly detailed. One small gripe that relates to this and all previous similar products - assuming the controls sit above your right ear (as normal), then you should put you mobile phone also in your right pocket (trousers or jacket) otherwise the Beanie can suffer from occasional Bluetooth signal dropout. I haven't tried washing it but I assume this will be no problem. I thoroughly recommend this product - it is so much better than cheaper versions, and comes in a good range of colours too.

This is a warm comfortable beanie hat and the sound quality is surprisingly good once you have the speakers lined up with your ears within the knitted pockets in the beanie. Almost as enjoyable as listening through some far more expensive headphones I use regularly but more discreet and comfortable on a cold day. Battery life isn’t great at 6 hours. The multi function control buttons are a bit fiddly through the leather patch and whilst the voice responses for powering in and off are welcome when battery is low annoyingly the beanie announces the battery is low and advises you to recharge every 25 second rather than allow you to enjoy your music with the remaining minutes of available power while you walk home to be able to plug in and recharge. It would be better these announcements were much shorter and less frequent.

Nice hat, but the sound quality is very poor, outdoors it is so low any background noise drowns out the sound of the music.

Unfortunately, my boyfriend just open his present and it has a problem of sound in one of the ear sides which makes a rattling noise and cannot get rid of it. Unfortunate as it is quite a cool item.
