Another thing I don't like about this switch is that it's not the standard ...
I am just after a light switch I can use to control my spotlights from Amazon Echo. The Philips Hue spotlights and the Belkin Wemo for that matter are £50 each. I have 3 sets of 4 spotlights so it would cost me £600. I would rather buy 3 switches and leave my existing spotlights. Unfortunately at £95 + delivery this is still too expensive. So for the time being I'm stuck with a home setup where half of my light bulbs (E27s) are Philips Hue lights (at £15 per bulb) and half are off the wifi completely. Another thing I don't like about this switch is that it's not the standard square shape of light switches in the UK. Not sure how this will fit in the hole the the existing switch occupies. Interested to here any comments from people who actually bought this.

... a number of Wemo light timers and am very pleased with them and am very interested in the light ...
I have a number of Wemo light timers and am very pleased with them and am very interested in the light switch for an outdoor light soI am interested in this switch but agree, the price is extortionate, especially as a Wemo email featured one on their US sight for $49. The price is a joke.

Belkin Behind The Times !!
Until Belkin release a simple wall switch to control their WiFi sockets I will not be interested in any of their products. Do Belkin think we will grab a phone / iPad to switch something on / off every time we enter a room ?? Not practical yet. Phillips have come up with a simple wall switch to accompany their Hue lamp bulbs (release end of November 2015 for around £20.00) but Belkin are seriously dragging their feet with this ridiculous answer to instant control.

Too expensive to consider
I don't own this but I won't buy it because of the extortionate price. i agree with the previous review that Belkin really need to come up with a cheaper option for light switch. I have Wemo light bulbs with control unit. I have found that, as the light switch needs to be in the 'on' positionfor Wemo to be able to control it, if I switch off for a few seconds I can then use the light switch manually. Just have to remember to leave it onand turn it off again via the Wemo phone app so that any on/off timers are active again.
