Excellent make in this price range....save more gas....but the build quality is average.....

Defective product
Just after 1 week of use, both the burners not working properly. One of the burners inlet pipe got fire. Servicing done two times then also not working properly. Both the burners were not fixed in the position, were loose. Didn't expect this from PIGEON.

Near the Knob it is a separate part, sticker was not on the stove so once had doubt about original product or not but then we found sticker on the plastic cover. Overall cheap and good

Troubleshooting on day 1
The media could not be loaded. Received the item in a pristine condition, without any damage or anything.Attached gas line to find out that the left burner had low pressure or flame. Basically leak from beneath.I thought of returning or replacing it, but I decided to clean the nozzle, which turned out to be successful. However, I will need to take it to the repair shop for safety reasons.What should I do, replace or troubleshoot as Amazon recommends before returning procedure?

Small Burner seems to be turning off if put on lowest point. May be all the gas stoves out there are like that !! i am not sure..
