Faulty Item
The media could not be loaded. The actual valve (none of the 3 connections) which is used to switch between the two outlets, is leaking! I will seek an exchange / refund.

Doesn’t last
This is the second one of this type purchased, works great initially but over months the tap becomes harder to turn. Have tried cleaning and using lubricant to no avail. This one is going the same way and the tap turn will just break off in due course, shame really

Reduces flow
I didn't fit this in the end as it reduced the flow so much that the shower was poor. I did however fit another valve which I have reviewed
