I like the overall design and idea for this door hanger, but it didn't meet my expectations. The string that holds the plaques together is very bright, almost neon pink. It would've looked better with a more subdued color that matches; when you look at the hanger overall, the bright pink string stands out and overpowers the plaques. The lettering on the plaques is imprinted on the plaques itself to look like glitter, but is not real glitter (this doesn't bother me, but just an fyi to others). The hanger is made up of a felt material, so you cannot use it on the outside of a door (rain or snow might ruin it if you did). The size is good, and this worked well for a party decoration, but it's not an item that will last a long time. Overall, the item is cute but the price is high for the quality.
