Excellent product
In the past 10 years I have used the following oils on my oak worktops: Liberian Tung oil, Danish oil, Linseed oil. I wish I had discovered this product years ago, it’s easy to use, absorbs well without a sticky residue. The bottle is a handy size.

Amazing protector
Well what can I say, I’m so impressed with this product. I have a real wood kitchen block surface with a Belfast sink sunk into it and it’s a nite mare to protect and clean,I’ve tryed over the past 10 years every product out there from wood soaps to clear varnish scrubbing it all off and giving up on everything being a disappointment. So I saw this and was a bit sceptical put some on a clean soft cloth went with the wood grain over it left to dry then went back over it with dry cloth so easy. Now it looks so good and protected brilliantly when water goes on it it’s amazing just beads on it and not sink into wood.

It Oils
I got this to oil a new chopping board but also used it for kitchen worktops. It was easy enough to to apply and wipe the excess away after 15 mins. On the worktops it left a matte sheen which definitely improved the look and on the chopping board it seems to have prevented flavours like onion contaminating otherfood. The oilhas quite a strong nutty kind of smell which lingers a bit and hopefully will fade.

A little oil goes a long way
This butchers block is lovely, the size we wanted to protect our new worktops, and the oil smelt nice as we prepared it before use.

Great stuff
This is the easiest worktop oil I've ever used. None of problems with other oils that can leave the worktops sticky. You know if there is too much there if it is still wet when you've finished buffing it. It dries really quickly and the wood feels like new again. The bottle isn't big but I managed to make it go round my small kitchen three times. If you have a big kitchen, get at least 2 bottles.I didn't rate the scent as it is oil. They don't normally smell awesome!

Works well
Worked great. Had to do 2 coats on our chopping boards but they are much more water resistant now and don’t stain when water dries on them

Tung oil
First time using mineral oil for kitchen utensils and I have to say it does a good job and leave a very smooth almost like rubber texture to the wood, but it does have a smell that doesn’t go away, would not buy again, rather try a different type which have a more pleasant smell or is odourless.

Easy to use
When it arrived it was a small bottle and I thought -this won't go far but I was wrong. You need so little. I was using it on some newly stripped and revealed oak bannisters.I did not want a gloss finish I just wanted to protect the wood. It is so easy to put on and the wood breathed it in gratefully. I then put it all over my chopping boards. I like the small bottle because I can fit it under the sink. Important when you have little storage space.
