This brand makes the best cast/boot/bandage covers available. I have previously purchased the hand/short arm cover for carpal tunnel surgery recovery and was impressed by the performance. I recently had toe surgery and have needed to be in a cam boot for the past 5 weeks. 4 of those weeks I had a k wire in my toe so I had to shower with my foot covered keeping it dry. I purchased the short leg/foot cover and again have been happy with how it’s worked for me. It’s very easy to get on and off, works impeccably to keep the area dry, and is incredibly durable. Yesterday I wanted to wash the outside of my SUV but needed to keep my bulky cam boot dry and clean. I figured I don’t need the cover my foot to shower any longer so I would use it to wash the car in the driveway. If it tore, and I assumed it would on some level, that would be ok with me. This boot held up to me walking on our asphalt driveway and textured concrete walkways in a heavy rigid surgical boot and did not rip AT ALL! There was a few black staining marks from the asphalt but no tears, holes, or even pitting/texture indicating damage of any kind…and my boot stayed bone dry for the hour plus it took to clean my car. If you’re in need of a cast cover don’t hesitate when it comes to buying this one. They are fantastic!

Works perfectly over any leg cast! It has a nice seal that prevents any water from getting in!

I ordered the short version. I"m 6' with fairly long legs for my height. I'm having ankle surgery and this fit perfectly to cover my temporary splint. At first I didn't think it could possibly stretch over the splint and fit my thick calf. My splint stayed perfectly dry. Sure beats a plastic trash bag.

Got this for my son who had to get stitches on his foot while camping. He could actually get in the water and swim. I did put a water proof bandage over the area just in case. A little water got in but not enough to soak the stitches

Perfect! My husband can shower without worrying about getting his cast wet! It’s such a snug fit that he could probably submerge his leg in the hot tub and not have to worry about it! It is a very snug for so long term use could end up being a little uncomfortable, but it has to fit right to do its job. Highly recommended!

This was worn once and when we next pulled it out to use it a week or so later, the seams had split.

This item is made well, but, very difficult to put on. Unless you are a flexible able bodied person, which I am not, it will be impossible to get on. I thought this would be a great idea because I wanted to use my pool. However, I was not even able to get them on either foot no matter how much I tried.

Keep it dry, completely dry! Very, very tight where it meets the leg on top so add a material underneath it so it doesn’t feel so tight. I have to have some very long furry socks that I put underneath mine and it was much more comfortable.! I also ordered a size 15 men’s slider with Velcro to wear over the bottom of this so it wouldn’t tear and yes, I used it in the pool and my leg stayed completely dry.
