Hex ball end snapped on 3rd use
I'm a field engineer and needed a long shaft hex with decent handle for undoing some screws at the end of channels. This was fine the first few time but then there was a screw that had been slightly overtightened and in the process of unscrewing it the end of this snapped clean off. Luckily the ball didn't get stuck in the screw head and was removed but that made this tool unusable after this point. Not robust or trustworthy enough for anything other than loose screws.

Nice enough allen key, but soft-grip?, not noticeably
It is a nice enough allen key. The t-shaoed handle makes it easy to hold and use. The second hex-shaft extending from the side of the handle can be useful if you want additional force or torque. But I do not find this to be "soft-grip" in any way at all. The handle is a very hard plastic.I do have some soft grip hand tools from another manufacturer, and they have a noticeable "give" in the handles. The plastic handle here has a good grip, but not in any way what I would consider as "soft".

Does the job!
Good quality product. Chrome vandium steel, compared with the cheap silver alloy allen keys which tend to burr really easily. Handy ball-end socket for those less accessible areas. Comfortable handle. Good make. Good price. I have recently bought it and used it on a few jobs. Hopefully it should last.

Two heads are better than one
I've got quite a collection of these things and I think this is one of the best. One thing I hadn't noticed when I ordered is that this has two heads to it so you've a number of options when you want to tighten a suitable bolt.

Very weak metals used. Cannot tackle tighter bolts
The hex ball end is not very strong and the metals used seem to not be strong. This is ok if you have bolts that aren’t very tight. But those tighter hard to reach bolts like those on my oil pan/sump it’s not upto the job.Bought another one that looks like it’s higher quality. You do get what you pay for. Jsut spend some more for the higher quality version.

Just as expected. Good.
The Allen key was just what I wanted but it came in an enormous cardboad box... for something that fits into the palm of your hand. Don't Amazon use padded envelopes? Help save the planet, Amazon!!!
