Works great, exactly what I needed.
I'm using this with a Dell Inspiron 7000 2 in 1, which has a USB C connector that supports power delivery. It works just fine. When connected the Dell reports it as a 60W power adapter, which is more than enough to power the laptop and charge the battery.I have a generic 95W power supply that provides power to the BixPower adapter, so this is a great solution for using a generic power supply with my laptop. It'll also take power from the cigarette lighter adapter in my car, so if I ever need to charge it in the car I can do that as well. All around, this is a great device. It's well constructed, and runs cool, even when under a load. Highly recommend if you're looking for a USB C power adapter up to 60W.

Works well but draws too much power in stand by.
It was hard to find a simple USB PD hub that I can run directly from my 24v power bank. This meets most of my requirements and so far I'm happy with it. It definitely fast charges. It appears to deliver a full 3 amps at 20 volts, accepting a nice range of input voltages. I give it four stars for cosmetic reasons. If you look at my pictures you can see the print rubbed right off on the palm of my hand. The enclosure was warm, not hot, so that shouldn't be happening. It's going to be tucked out of the way so it's not a big deal to me.While there are USB C hubs with external DC power there aren't many that support USB Power Distribution. This BiXPower USB C Power Converter gets the job done.

Surprisingly Good
I bought this DC to DC convert with USB-C connection to use with a very large power bank. If you're looking for a proper USB PD (power delivery) solution for a power bank, this is not a bad choice at all. It provides the higher voltage ranges required by power hungry devices like laptops. I use it with a 2018 Macbook Pro without issue. This is a fairly easy device to use, but requires some research to use correctly. Unfortunately, this means it's not a good product for the novice electronics user. I'd recommend this to anyone with a working knowledge of electronics and USB power delivery.
