I had trouble connecting this plug to Tuya app. After trying every possible method, it connected using AP mode. Once connected, the plug itself had a very faint click. The lamp that I connected to it was always ON even when the app said it was off (not offline). After a few mins of researching online, it was clear that the plug was faulty. Amazon handled the return painlessly, hence the 2 stars.

Didn’t find it overly easy to install but our son did! Works well and useful when we are out and are able to operate the lamps remotely from the Alexa app. Haven’t tried the timer function yet, waiting for our son to do it for us.

This a great and very easy to use smart plug, it works with the efamily cloud app which also works with hundreds of other devices.I use mine with a cheap WiFi smart temperature sensor and some quick setup on the app to turn on a fan heater at certain temperatures in the office.It also sets up allot quicker than other bigger brands I have used in the past, as the app does most the work for setup.

Works very well with the eFamilyCloudApp alongside devices from other makers. Perfect for remote control, fixed timings, and reaction to external factors like sunrise and sunset.

Easy set up - efamilycloud App simple to use and has many timers , functional scenarios. 2.4G only but this is not a problem. My only complaint is the price keeps going up every year. I can remember buying these at 2 for £12

I have not been able to set this smart plug up, I have tried so many times, downloaded apps etc but no luck, so frustrated, it is lucky to be in a drawer as it was nearly thrown down the street many times. UNUSABLE.

Box badly damaged and plug won’t connect to our hub, so will have to return it

Absolutely hopeless, usually get on fine with tech but no chance with this completely unable to get connected so abandoned it, suggest you don't waste your money.
