Hoist for Jeep hard top
This is a great little hoist for my purpose. I ordered it to lift my Wrangler 4dr. hard top. Was easy to install and works great.

Responsive seller
Right hoist capacity and it worked, but on/off control only, not a precision switch. The extra lifting strap was also missing. The seller reached out and worked to correct the problem, including updating the website description to describe the switch accurately.

It doesn’t function completely out the box! Poor!
The hoist “down button” did not work directly out of the box. The company seen the review and said they refund the payment or fix it and they never followed up after their initial reply. I never even got to use this product. Bad business.

Works great
Hoist works great for lifting items into the attic. Straps that came with the hoist do not fit the hooks though.

The hoist is very dangerous and is missing parts. Very unsafe to lift anything with this hoist
This is the worst tool I have ever purchased on line. The electrical box was broken and the capacitor wire was not attached,two wires did not have a twist lock on the end.
