This two bar rack is truly a great product. It is without any doubt a well designed and well build user friendly product. The design allows for the rack system to be easily installed by any DIY(er) and / or for the matter, any caveman and the design allows for additional accessories to be placed on it that far exceed the primary use as a ladder rack. I have attached a CB and marine radio antennas on the front bar side uprights just by using a couple of the pre-drilled holes and a 20" LED light bar will fit without interfering with the primary purpose of hauling ladders or canoes, etc. The instructions say you only need a half inch wrench and a four way screwdriver to install it. That is true, however since my low roof promaster van stands over eight feet tall, plan on at least a six foot step ladder and a drill driver for the four self tapping screws per bar makes the installation even easier and faster process.

I bought the 3 bar system and was so impressed that I bought the 4th bar afterwards.Not cheap but very rugged and firm. Took me less than a half hour to install them and most of that time was spent going up and down a ladder.

Great quality. Easy to install. Used it to install my solar panels. 3 bars is better than 2. Solid and stable. Also, if you order 2 bars in aluminum if you decided to add another bar Amazon don't sell a single bar in aluminum. You have to order directly from the company. Do, Do do it right the first time. Order 3 bars.

Easy installation, and have held up well. Have had them on for 2 months now and still look brand new. Excellent product.
