BTU Desk Clamp Power Strip, Desktop Power Outlet Clamp Mount

Let's call it what it is - a desktop attached extension cord. There's nothing wrong with that, it does the job well.It sits almost flush on the back of my desk and allows me to plug in devices that I have on the move without having to get under my desk. Laptops, cell phones, tablets, etc. It hasn't budged since I clamped it on the desk and I feel I could remove it with no damage to the desk.I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a few plugs sitting on their desktop. Again, it's a fancy extension cord, but does it well.

Leopardprintfans Removable Desktop Clamp Mount Outlet Power Socket. Appears to be solidly built. Heavy duty but pliable supply cord is labeled as 14AWG. Three prong plugs outlets have "dust protector doors" that flip out of the way when a plug is inserted, 'nice touch. Has a very small green power indicator lamp between the USB charge ports that is always on when unit is powered. Advertised AC Suppression Joule Rating of 2100 Joules is impressive but unfortunately this unit comes in a plain box with no paperwork and no stickers, decals or markings on the unit indicating joules, voltage, watt, or amp ratings. Though not required there are no NRTL listings (like UL) advertised or indicated. I have not opened this unit to see what's inside but if it actually has the advertised joule rating of 2100 joules. is indeed a "smart" USB charging station and indeed has a maximum power rating of 1250W (125V/10A) as represented in the description it would be more than appropriate if this information was indicated on the unit itself or at least in some included literature. I would give this unit 5 stars if it was better documented/represented.

This is a great desk mountable power strip to secure to work desk. Working from home during pandemic I finally invested in a work desk, but I move around house during day and was getting tired of reading down to unplug my laptop and phone every time. This easy mount allows me to plug in off side of desk, so out of the way and easily disconnect when I want a change of scenery during work day.

it is a nice unit for the desktop. It does not take up a lot of room, can be used to recharge cell phones and tablets, and the electrical plugs are nice if you have to have plug in a laptop to recharge. The electrical plug outlets are far enough apart that you can plug in at least two of the larger recharging wall packs. The electrical cable is rather long, so it makes it easy to find a place close enough to a wall outlet. Very happy with purchase since it fulfills all of my needs.

I like that it works as advertised and looks great on my glass desktop. The outlets and USB’s are definitely convenient! I say buy.

The product came quickly in two days. The box was not in the best of shape but the item was in good shape. There is no documentation or markings as other folks noted. In terms of built is seems very solid - aluminum body, very thick power cord with grounded plug. The outlets are tamper proof which is good for something sitting on your desk. The keystone is interchangeable and comes with HDMI and Cat6 (fully shielded, better than Cat5e) Ethernet outlet. So far I am very pleased.

Strongly recommended, It's my second purchased.I have purchased many multi outlet extension cords.However, many of them were a lot uncomfortable to use on my desk.I bought it at first and used it and I love it so much.So I made my second purchase.It's a really good idea product.I highly recommend this product to many who have not yet used it.Thank you.
