What’s the texture like? Is it watery or purée like? I am looking for a thicker texture for ice cream.

Primor Fruit Purees are what's called single strength, meaning they are not concentrated nor diluted. Each different flavor reflects the actual texture of the fruit and range from very thick (i.e., guava, and soursop) to thin (i.e., lime, and pineapple). Passionfruit naturally tends to be on the thinner side. This being said, all of our purees, including the passion fruit, are suitable for ice cream preparation. We have several clients, including ice cream parlors, which use them both for regular milk-based ice creams and water-based sherbets.

Can pink guava puree be frozen?

Absolutely. You may keep our fruit purées frozen or refrigerated. Please keep in mind you’ll need to thaw them before you can use them though.

Does your product comes with the seeds?

Our passion fruit purees are smooth and don't have seeds in them.
