Contains soy
My naturopath recommended this and it has no retinyl palmitate, so that’s good. However, it DOES contain soy. It’s right on the label. This is advertised as “soy free.” It’s not.

Pure fish oil
It's hard to find fish oil that isn't part acetate or palmitate. This is pure fish oil and actually beneficial because of it
