Pretty good seat but probably more of a high chair than something you would stand and lean on...
I've had this chair for about a week now and overall, I'd say it's pretty darn good.Setup was a piece of cake. One long piston, a plastic sheeth, the seat and the base. Took less than 5 mins to put together. The seat is comfortable enough. And the chair looks pretty good. Now this is probably just my thoughts based on the pictures that I saw online but I thought there would be a little more forward tilt to the arm but it's a slight tilt. I guess it's enough. I also thought the seat might tilt a little forward and down but it doesn't. It does swivel and the connection at the base does allow for some swaying as you sit on it. That's good. The seat rises and lowers the same as most seats. On this one, there are flush sitting levers that u press to allow it to rise or lower. If you lower it, you will need some weight to get it down. Nothing unusual. Just like any other office chair I've ever sat on. There is some give as I sit on it thus the seat lowers maybe an inch by the time I get my full weight on it.In the end though, it's a pretty good seat. Took a chance and I think I will be happy with it in the long run.Update 2 weeks later:I'm still pretty pleased with it. I'm 6'1" and weigh about 175lbs. The seat is just high enough that I have to tiptoe to get on it. This is at the highest level the seat can go.I am curious about the printed weight limit. I believe it said up to 220lbs. I came into work one day and found a guy that probably pushes that sitting on it. He didn't break it!! Still too soon to comment on durability but I feel this seat should last.

Poor quality - Do not buy this chair
This chair is a piece of crap. Once assembled, the cushion is not aligned with the base, so if you line up the base of this chair with your desk, you won't be directly facing your desk, you will be facing it at an angle. The solution is to align the cushion with your desk but this means the base is misaligned, which make it awkward to place your feet on the base. Also, once assembled, there is no obvious way to disassemble this chair, making it difficult to return. Save yourself the trouble and don't buy it in the first place.

dont order this
As soon as I assembled the chair the PLASTIC piece that connects the seat to the pole broke. Before I could even sit on it, it was broken. There's no way a plastic piece should or would last and support someone sitting on it. And btw-I am average size and NOT overweight so this was not user related. No bueno. Look at other products.

Not As Described, Poor Quality
I bought this chair to lean against while standing and provide support. The rock and lean feature barely works - it moves minimally, so you have to stand on the stool base to ensure it stabilizes. The stool also keeps falling apart. The plastic pieces that connect the seat to the stand stripped completely within a week or two, so I had to glue the chair together. Even with glue, the seat still separates from the stand. Don't recommend.
