Very Good Product
Very Good Product for value for money. Very compact and easy to use. I am using it for hip bursitis. Got good pain relief in only 2 sessions. Just one improvement needed, if timer can be put in it. Keeping a separate watch on time is not convenient. If timer is also included, it will be perfect.

Excellent After Sales Service by Maxtrex International for their PHYSIOTREX Digital Ultrasonic M/C
I had received PHYSIOTREX Digital Ultrasonic Heavy Ultrasound Machine for Physiotherapy yesterday. Packing was excellent . However today after unpacking during instalation I faced some difficulty which raised doubt about the quality and performence of the machine, I uploaded my complaint with pictures/ video to Amazon site as well as to the manufacturer. The complaint was immedialy attended and it was explained what extra points to be followed for desired installation and performance. As this was not mentioned in their Operating mannual, the immediately assured that these will be included in their manual as supplied with the equipment. The equipment was put into operation and found to be working satisfactorily. However I need to see its consistancy of performence in long run at least for a year. However they deserve 5 stars for delivery, packing, and after sales support.

Within one month it is malfunctioning.In spite of it is under warranty, support is not being given.
