I had constipation issue about 3 years. I tried many items but all are in vain. Currently I am using Aadar Relax powder for about 6 months, it's really works. Now I am out of constipation issue. It may be uncomfortable for few users at initial stage for 2 or 3 days but gives relax . The dosage may be altered according to the requirement. It's really a best one.

If u have fibre food eventhough u are facing constipation , so its a good remedy, i am using this using this for 4 years

This is an extremely good n effective productI took the powder formNeed to take one spoon with warm waterIt effectively helps in clearing your stomach gently, and in one shot..Other products are quite strong and give u a lot of painful spasms, however this one is gentleWould recommend to take the tablet form which is more like popping a pill n easy to consumeI will order the tablet form next time
