Not 3-way compatible.
These are very easy to install. You will need to create a pigtail for the neutral line. If this is not new work you will need to identify the load line for it to properly work. I did have to use the manual method to setup and join to local network. Very easy to make Alexa aware of the device.

Want to control your lights with Alexa??? BUY THESE SWITCHES!!!
If you are like me and want to be able to control lights in and around your house, this is the best thing. Instead of changing every bulb to a WiFi bulb, ( very costly) buy these switches and use them. Simple to install, easy to set up and work perfectly with Alexa. I now have 6 switches and control most the lights in my house.

Don’t do it.
Loved these. I bought 6 of them for my house. They worked great. Then, all of a sudden, I got an alert from IFTTT that that it was no longer working. Turns out that now I have to subscribe to a service to use it. Now I’m being held hostage to pay for a service that I supposedly already paid for. Avoid this like the plague. I’ve wasted over $150 on it already.

Cool concept, but ...
Requires a password change at the router level. After thinking about how many devices that would effect it simply wasn't worth it to me.
