I was saddened that I received this band with two major weak spots right at the points where the band was folded before rolling it in a coil. I'm not sure if that happened because it was made in that shape and the manufacturing process is at fault, or if it was the result of storage for a prolonged period in that bent position, but what I am sure of is that in my return request I explained the problem and said that if the seller had one that was not compromised I would gladly buy it, because the rest of the length of the band looked thick and strong, but I did not hear back from them except to solicit my review, which you are now reading.I can't recommend buying this, because if they all have those weak points in them they will definitely snap while you are using them, and that could result in injury. I only gave the band two stars because the rest of it looked like exactly what I wanted, it was the right size, and I like the color. Wish it could have worked out, but not enough to risk getting a thick band like this snapping into my eye when it broke.

Truly fantastic product by an equally phenomenal seller. I'm in my 30's and a former cheerleader. I have had some health issues since 24 and many, many surgeries. Due to all this, my mobility and flexibility were extremely compromised. This band, complete with a very easily followed guidebook, is already helping me feel less stiff and more like my old self. I know I have a long road ahead of me, but for the first time since I became sick, I feel like regaining my former flexible self might just be possible! Thank you so much!

You are emailed a printable pamphlet with ballet stretches with your purchase and I can't wait to try them out. I've only had it for one day, but after doing the stretch seen on the product advertisement, I've felt the most unbelievable relief in my feet that lasts for hours. I occasional suffer from plantar fasciitis and have sensitive foot and back issues.

It's difficult for me to find stretching bands that satisfy my needs for using one. FINALLY, I found one! I'm extremely flexible to begin with, so stretch bands typically don't do much for me. The design and elasticity of this specific brand allows me to achieve a deeper stretch. Great quality! It doesn't have that unpleasant rubber scent that most bands do. Love it and highly recommend it!

This is really good. I didn't expect it to be as long as it is (in 5,7) but its perfect for getting the deeper stretch and practicing you needle,scorpion, etc. The only thing us its a little long like I said before, so for certain stretches you just have to hold it about 8 in before it ends. Its a really good product!
