I love this little vibrating, massage ball! I have used foam rollers for years and was recently introduced to this little gem. It works out sore muscles with its duo of vibration (with 4 different speeds) and raised treads. Its compact so perfect to take to the gym or even on a trip. It's about 4 inches across. What I like best about this ball is you can use it like you would a foam roller but you can also hold it where you need it most. Think inside of your legs. This comes with a charger so no batteries required. Bonus!

This was suggested by my trainer to help me with tight muscles around my leg and hip. It performed just as described for helping release tense muscles and having the various speeds gave me options when targeting specific areas. I also like its portability and that it's small enough to pack in your luggage without taking up a lot of room.

I've enjoyed using the massage ball. Definitely gets the job done in terms of providing an extra level of relief to sore muscles. My only complaint is that the power button is flush with the exterior of the ball so when you're rolling around you can hit the button easily and turn of the vibrating function. Overall I'd recommend purchasing if you're looking for a new massage ball.

I actually got this for a sensory toy for my son but wow it has some serious viberation. LOL have had it over a month and we use it quite a bit have yet to recharge it. It could vibrate the chrome off a bumper! LOL

I use it for my neck, under my shirt/sweat shirt to apply some massage; it is very effective and relaxing. Has three levels, and an auto shut off. It also works great on the bottom of my feet.

I love this massage ball! It's so easy to use even my 5 year old can use it! I love how it is rechargeable so no need to replace batteries! Definitely would recommend to everyone!

Hardly any vibration even at level 4 at least compared to other products I have used. The ball is to soft for any real pressure.

The actual massage ball I wanted to purchase is way out of my price range so I hesitantly bought this one instead. Boy am I happy I did!! I have had a knot in my shoulder blade for so long and it feels so good to dig this ball in there. I just sit on my couch and place it between my shoulder and the couch and gentle let it roll around on my knot. Seriously….I groan because it’s so great!!

The ball worked fine although it was much cheaper last year when I bought it than it is now (about 1/2 the price). I used it a few times over a year and then it stopped recharging. I used it less than 10 times. I contacted the seller to see if they have a warranty but they could not be bothered to respond I guess. Anyway there are much better options than this over-priced crap. It burns me up when sellers don't stand behind their products and fail so badly in customer service. DO NOT BUY.

Built-in feature shuts the massager off after approximately 10 minutes. That's helpful so I don't have to otherwise time a session plus it breaks me of my expectation of "if 10 minutes are good, 30 must be better," which of course is not necessarily true! My enthusiasm often pushes aside an "easy does it" approach.
