A fantastic product. Ideal for my conservatory. The dog feels warmer in the conservatory now. No need for a Charcoal stove. This does the job especially living up in scotland with the cold.Customer services & Technical Team were indeed helpful with guide to installation and operating. They even call you back later to ensure its working properly. Can't beat that eh!.Will buy the bigger ones for my living room
