I have not utilized it at work yet. I was happy to receive it and it looks well made. It definitely looks sharp, and I love the tone of pink! The reflectors are bright also. They caught the sunlight from the window and immediately stood out. The fabric is 100% polyester and the weave is tight. Therefore, it's a stiffer vest. After reading the reviews, I went with a medium... I should have got a large. It fits... however, it is snug... as in it fits exactly, with only a little room between clothing and the vest. My job requires a lot of bending, kneeling, lifting; It is very fast paced and hot. I worry this will be too tight and not "give" enough to be comfortable for 10+ hours. I really do not want to return it, so I want to give it a try at work tomorrow. I feel that I will end up ordering the large in the long run. I kinda wish they made an extra large. I like things loose and roomy. The length is fine and covers the derriere. I only would want it a little longer due to all the bending requied on the job (a personal thing).*After some use, I may update on sturdiness, comfort, and a utility to keep it clean. For your ability to compare:: Height: 5'6" Weight: 185 Purchased a Medium would like to go a size up, especially come fall for hoodie season. It's currently July. I tried it on over a t-shirt and capri leggings. Hope you find this helpful.Update: after a couple weeks of use.. the plastic ID pocket is breaking. The velcro and fabric strip has separated from the plastic and the plastic is tearing in two places. Other than that it is comfortable in the Larger size I acquired, but switch back and forth from the med and large. The large pockets in the front also have a slide in pocket on the side that goes behind that you wouldnt notice. It's a nice addition. If they only used a stronger plastic and/or adhesive/stitch for the ID pocket...

I work in a man's world so it is very important to me to have PINK safety gear to keep in touch with my feminine side! Great vest! Great Color! I wish this company would make Pink jackets for spring and Winter! I have to get them from another company!

I ordered a larger size as I plan to use this over my sweaters/winter coats, fits perfectly. I am out early in the a.m. with my dog Nemo for our 2.5 mile walk and noticed more distracted drivers, so happened to see another couple with vests -- and as soon as I arrived home, looked on Amazon and ordered this one. Now I won't be out without it, notice already cars moving over sooner and I love the number of pockets to hold my dog treats and poop bags. Also ordered one for my sister who walks her neighborhood at night after work. It is so light-weight, would recommend this to anyone walking where cars may be passing you.

I wanted more visibility as a bike rider in some high traffic areas. This works very well thrown over leggings and a light blouse. The multiple pockets are a bonus. I sized down as noted in other reviews; a good suggestion. Mine fits very well without being too snug or billowy.

I have to wear a vest while packing your packages! I don’t like the run of the mill ones they issue us. I bought this for breast cancer awareness week and I’ve work it ever since. It’s durable, lightweight and has plenty of room to shove stuff! I’ll definitely return here for a new color or replacement if ever needed!
