I used the dimensions provided to prepare a hole for this item, and unfortunately, the dimensions are wrong. The description claims the hole size is 26mm x 29mm, but in actual fact it should be 22mm x 20mm. This error means that I will need to replace an interior trim piece in my car. Very frustrating. I should have waited until it arrived to cut the whole, but they also should not provide dimensions if they are not accurate.

Fits perfectly in a 2011 Yaris HB. Recently bought a touchscreen dash with rear USB inputs (short pigtail). Found this flush mount extension fits an unoccupied dash cutout very snuggly. Did have to file the cutout a little bit and push it in pretty hard to get past the nibs (on the underside of the flush mount) but the results looks good and it does not wobble.

Smaller than a socket hole on a Rav4 2016, but works good. Cable works with Android Auto.

Good build, make sure it fits before buying.

Perfect just what I needed feels very high quality

I purchased this to extend my car stereo USB ports. It’s is well made over all, but did have an issue with the mounting pins which are made of plastic. My install location had no hole, so I had to make one, and because you don’t have a template for the hole size, I ended up making the hole a little smaller than it should be. After inserting the USB mount in the hole, I pulled on the mount (like you do when removing a USB device) to verify it solidly held in place, but it would not stay in place. This was because the pins that were supposed to hold it, were crushed flat. If the pins were made of metal, this would not of happened and/or you could at least bend them back into place. So I ended up adding a little glue and was able to get the mount to say in place. Still happy overall with the purchase.

Good quality cable, not thin and flimsy. Works great and was easy to install. My only complaint is that it didn't come with a cutout template. But I would buy this again.
