Q: What’s the side to side and top to bottom measurement of the scarf please?

Width is 24cm (9.5ins) and height is 20cm (8ins)

Q: I have quite a large female head. Are these a generous size?

I have a medium to large head for a UK female. I found the hat was excellent but sat a little too high on my head - not low enough to keep all the wind out of my ears as I had hoped. It was very stretchy hat overall, but just a little too tight around the bottom edge. So I just unpicked a few stiches at the v shaped middle of the back edge and re-tied off the ends once unpicked. Easy to do and solved the issue completely, as it now sits a little lower on my head and my ears are now entirely covered and cosy. I have since bought in other colourways and done same. All good now.

Q: Will this product fit a 5 year old? Does not specify. Many thanks

I doubt it, I purchased one for my 33 year old daughter and it fits ok.

Q: The last image in each case isnt anything like the modles hat. Which is true to life please? Also is the fleece wool? Why are they hand wash?

The last picture is not representative. The hat and neck tube are just like in the first few pictures. TBH I haven't had to wash them yet but I would not hesitate to put them through a gentle machine cycle. The lining is fleece and the "wool" is most probably synthetic, but no labels so I can't be sure.
