Delicious addition to my dark and stormy. It only takes four drops. Whatever you do, No matter how macho you think you are, DO NOT try even one drop of this straight. First your mouth will be accosted by intense flavor, then when that wears off, it will be a minute or three, the heat of the pepper will kick in. BTW I tried two drops, my barback tried one after I warned him.

follow the directions. this is a delicious but spicy bitters. We LOVE the flavor it gives to cocktails but you don't need more than 1-3 drops ;)
