Amazing game! A family favourite in our household. Whoever loses a round has to do forfeits!
Great simple game but highly addictive and fun for all ages. It is a special pack of cards - there is one 1, two 2s, three 3s, all the way up to twelve 12s and 2 jesters. You must play the same number of cards as the person before you but of a lower number. So whoever holds the low numbers is powerful, but they have less power cards. Whoever gets rid of their wins the round and becomes "the Great Dalmuti", the winner, you then establish an order of who gets out next down to who is left at the end - the Greater Peon (the scum). The loser must then give their best 2 cards to the Great Dalmuti the winner on the next round and everyone sits in order of where they came. The aim is to knock the Great Dalmuti off their perch - hard to do as they have the best cards and get to go first on the next round. Really fun. Oh yes, I forgot to mention, the Great Dalmuti comes up with forfeit for losing for the Greater Peon (the scum). Amazing!

Great party game.
Great family game. We have even played with 12 players! Add a Xmas cracker paper crown for the king and ensure the pauper has no chair for a bit of extra fun.German cards but much cheaper than trying to get an English pack...its easy to find instructions online in English so no issue at all.

Happy teenager!
I’d never heard of this before. My daughter started playing this at the local youth club and came home and told me about it, asking if she could have it. Luckily found it on here and I have one very happy teenager.

Fun, family game
Great game. Although we accidentally bought the German version. All the family from 6 years and up enjoy it. There is enough strategy and luck involved to make each round interesting, frustrating and very enjoyable!

Not the English version of this game
Arrived quickly looks smaller than my original cards so great for travel, unfortunately I wasn't observant and didn't notice this wasn't the English version of the game but that's my fault and as I know the rules isn't a problem, still happy with this product thanks,
