SAKI Automatic Pot Stirrer is by far the best pot stirrer I have had over the years. It is very durable, and highly efficient. It continues a steady and reliable stirring rotation that contributes to the efficient mixing of the liquid be stirred. There are two strong clip-on devices that safely secure the stirrer to the pot being used to stir the liquid. The clean-up is quick and easy and there is no mess. The stirrer itself is rechargeable and includes two speeds for your needs. "I recently started using the **Saki Pot Stirrer**, and it has made cooking homemade spaghetti sauce so much easier! Before, I had to stir the sauce constantly to avoid it burning on the bottom, but with this tool, that’s no longer a concern. I finally used this gadget for the first time on Thanksgiving even though I bought it last November. It worked for part of the day but before I could finish cooking, it quit working. I charged it again hoping it just ran out of charge but it would not work. Also it was making a noise like it was straining to work. While it was working, it was awesome, saving me a lot of time. I do not recommend this because $65 is a lot of money to only be able to use it once.

I used this product to help with making my applebutter and without constant airing it will stick. This product did as advertised no sticking. My negatives are the paddle does not lock into place. So when putting the paddle, attached to the string arm, in a pot with a thick sauce you have to push the paddle through to the bottom. I need to use something to keep the paddle in place at the bottle on the storing arm and adjust the paddle as it folded easily. Also the battery life is only two hours of constant stirring with a full charge. The cordless stirrer is not designed to work while plugged in the wall. Only in charging mode while using the plug

I made a quadruple batch of rice pudding and it stirred it perfectly. It didn’t burn at the bottom. I didn’t have to stand there for an hour just stirring it every few minutes I was able to set it set a timer go do other things and it came out perfect. I will use this again and again and again.

It works fine for low-density liquids, such as soups, stews and more water-based mixtures, but when it comes to other more dense mixtures, like bechamel sauce, it is not efficient and probably does not have enough power to avoid constant supervision and manual whisking and stirring. Didn't work for what I wanted.

5 Star customer service! I had trouble with my stirrer after a couple of uses and contacted Saki Kitchen. They really stand behind their products. Josh was very helpful and attentive. I sent mine back and received a replacement after about a week. As far as the stirrer goes, it is SUPER quiet compared to the Gourmea one I've been using for awhile. This one is really easy to assemble and to clean (again, comparing to the Gourmia). Only thing I'm concerned about is its longevity. I'll give an update when (or if) it goes out. I'm sure Saki will help me out again if there are any problems though, they seem like a really great company! I will buy from them again.

Update: The black of the label is wiping off ??? From steam?? I make homemade cheese.... so need to constantly stir a gallon or two of milk to keep from scorching.... well decided.. if it didn't work I could just return it. IT WORKS... STIRS 2 GALLONS OF MILK WITHOUT SCORCHING. Easy to charge, set up, operate and did I say IT WORKS. Love the speed adjustment. the way the arms across the pot are made, I can clip the thermometer to them and easy. Initially did not have the speed up high enough and developed a skin on the top of the milk.... quick fix... turn up the speed. UPDATE: Auto stirrer saved the day!!! put 2 gallons of farm fresh milk on to heat (making cheese) and got sidetracked and forgot about it. Raced back to the kitchen to find the BOILING milk... the stirrer had kept it from scorching. Absolutely love this gadget....
