NOT WHAT I HOPED
I'm usually a fan of St Croix rods but this rod is not well designed for salt water flats fishing The 8ft med rod I bought is too stout in the but section to cast small live bait or artificials well.I have 2 or 3 cheaper 8ft rods that cast much farther.
