I could string it easily and sounds better than the ones I got along with the guitar
I am an amateur on the guitar. Thats how I broke a string trying to tune when the tuner was set on the banjo mode instead of the guitar mode.Ordered this after reading the good reviews. I replaced all 6 strings using only a wire cutter, after watching videos online. Seach for "How to string guitar without tools", else most videos show it using the winder tool. And its sounds good too.

Overrated but still nice
Dunno if I was expecting too much because of the hype, or because I was replacing the excellent Martin Monel strings, bit these didn't impress me at all in the beginning.Over a couple years I've come to like them, and as you noted, yes they last really long. They have a deep mellow sound that's different from phosphor bronze, but the highs are lacking tho not bad.Great for strumming to accompany yourself while singing
