I like the fact that it shoots at 4K 15fps 2.5k 24fps & 960 30fps. The remote may need a fresh battery. It works with third party camera apps. But all in all, this has the best video options over more expensive 360 cameras.I dislike the fact that this camera is poorly designed. Video takes for ever to preview/download from app. App has a buggy interface. Constantly losing wifi connection, video playback is choppy. There is no Facebook/YouTube live feature.Despite the negative reviews, you can easily edit video from your laptop, instead of in app. Almost EVERY 360 cameras have issues with their apps. But who needs to edit in app when you can do it in a true editor application. I was going to return this camera but after looking at the specs of EVERY 360 camera, under $500; this one has the most options. Therefore, I retracted and kept it.What works for me might not work for you and vice versa. But this device: I believe the negative reviews are so critical due to app support issues. But overall this camera is great for a starter device. Camera app needs some improvements but it still shoots great footage

$60 gift card wasted!!!! This is the worst product I have ever received from purchasing off Amazon. Whoever made this product is laughing everytime they sell one. Picture quality sucked, will not hold a charge...hell, even when charging the damn thing feels like it will explode. (Overheat). Connectivity to app was built, and I'm just going on speculation, so that China can have some sort of access to your phone. Next time, instead of going all "I can find it cheaper", just spend the money on the name brand stuff!!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND ENERGY TRYING TO GET THIS TO WORK!!!! Fun fact, it is built tough, it took 2 bowling throws/rolls down the street before breaking apart....

I haven’t been able to even use it so far. The app will connect (android or iPad) but no user screen. Does this need a 32gb memory card or can I use a 64gb one? No formatChoice and nothing on the display screen???No instructions on what kind of editing program to use or how to download a video (assuming I can figure out how to record anything)So far it’s useless

The Camera worked for two Minutes ,,,The Battery was dead on the Camera the remote does not work at all,then I charged the Camera and it got super hot then went to WiFi with the Camera and it locked up the Camera came back on after 5 minutes then the Camera went off and now its DEAD ... not worth the money and its going right in the Garbage ...

Good for the money to start exploring 360 video and pictures. Movies have a much better resolution than pictures

I charged battery to 100% and let camera in Stand-By; in 10 minutes the bottom heat up to 55 ~ 60 °C and battery is down to 50%.Other than this, the 360 degree picture quality is 7 out of 10. A good beginner camera.

Native format not compatible with instagram

This camera does a great job with view options and quality of video. It has a two cameras that work together to make a seamless video. The only option I would like to see added is the ability to turn it on remotely as you have to physically turn it on by the power button and then sync it to your phone in order to use it.
