Very sturdy, need 2 people to install

I bought 2 of these- exact same size. Take note, there are NO INSTRUCTIONS, LABELS, OR PICTURES included in the package. Itried putting one together and nothing seemed to fit. Screwing the pieces together, the pole turned out looking more like a Z shape rather than the U shape it’s supposed to be. The Z shape won’t work as it has only one side the screw into the wall while the other sticks out. The screwed edges weren’t done properly. I found myself twisting and untwisting for about an hour. Then I decided to see if the second one I bought would work. Right away the second one was different. The T shaped middle connectors were not even the same (see pictures). This is when I decided that this seller is completely disorganized and you should not buy from them. In the Q/A provided on the product page, the answers they’ve provided have been short, unhelpful, and doesn’t accurately respond to the question. Returned for something else. Hoping I could save someone else a few hours of frustration. It’s truly like putting together a puzzle using pieces from 5 different sets.
