Kutchina Hb 3B Eco Bl 60 Glass 3 Burners Hobs, Black

Kutchina is most popular brand in WB. As the material is glass it is obviously easy to clean. Previously I used Faber for last 13 yrs. The material available that time was stainless steel. I found it difficult to clean so I changed it to a glass material as soon as it got defective. I purchased Kutchina at Rs 6776/- which is really a value for money. I think online sellers will not able to sell the product cheaper than the market after February ‘19 onwards. Thanks to Amazon. I have purchased lots of things from them which suits my budget.

Poor quality

Worst possible hobs. Though I have purchased it from some other place, but I feel that I must share my experience here so that others may find it helpful before purchasing kutchina hobs. Within one year gives rise so many problems. Take knobs get stuck every week. Now gas is coming out from the big burner even if the knob is closed. Another problem today I am facing is that the lighter of one burner is continuously sparking. I have to remove the battery to stop it.Moreover the service is horrible. Still now the gas leaking problem is not solved even 20 days elapsed and they are saying every time that parts are not available.

Chitt company I have purchased one glass hobs oven last April 19 which material have automatic brust on 17/11/2019. The situation also informed them through mail complain docket etc but they have not shown their responsibility. Now I am going for leagal action against chitt company kutchina.
