I will admit that I was a little concerned with purchasing a brand of KT tape that I was not familiar with. Especially getting four rolls of it! However, the REFUN tape turned out to be very good KT tape. It applies well and sticks perfectly. I've removed the tape and reapplied it after I wasn't happy with how I'd put it on and it still stayed in place and didn't peel at all. Has a good stretch to it and works great. The competitive price makes it an even better value.Overall, very impressed and highly recommend it.

I've been a kinesiology tape user on/off for 11 years now. Have used kinesio tapes for shoulder, knees, personals IT band, and forearm (tennis elbow) and plantar fasciitis issues. I've tried many brands (incl. Rocktape, KT Tape original, pro, & extreme, Kinesio) but gave REFUN 4 pack a try because of its low price. Adhesion, comfort, waterproofness top notch. IMO It stands up well to many of the bigger name brands. It's almost as good as KT Tape Extreme. However, it's about 1/3 the price of KT Tape Extreme (per roll basis). I have sensitive skin but the adhesive is fine for almost all kinesiology tapes I've tried. REFUN holds up for my swimming, weight training, biking and running workouts. As with all kinesiology tapes, it can catch on clothes and rip off from the edges. I'll cut that portion off and round the corners to prevent further catching. I expect to get a min 4-5 days with each application from any tape, except when I had plantar fasciitis - hard to keep adherence to sole. (Important to apply on clean, non-oily skin). I could go beyond a week, and sometimes I have. I take showers, go in the hot tub, and it sticks. Just blot dry with a towel to avoid catching an edge. As users of kinesiology tape know, once you pull off a portion it's not going to stick again. When you do want to remove the tape, it comes off fairly easily without pulling off body hair or irritation. Just don't pull against your body hair's direction. If adhesive residue, rubbing alcohol easily removes it.My 2 gripes with REFUN brand: 1) limited color choices. Wish there were more choices, and patterns. 2) the pre-cut strips don't separate as cleanly as other pre-cut brands.Overall: EXCELLENT VALUE. I will be a repeat customer.

I am a veteran who has chronic knee pain. I am still recovering from a botched VA knee surgery. The one thing that has helped and makes my knee feel so much better is Kinesiology Tape. The REFUN tape is amazing! It holds perfectly and has great stability and durability. The precut rolls make it so much easier to apply. It takes the pressure off my knee but still allows me to move it naturally while walking. It is easy to apply and they even send you application instructions in case you aren't a KT pro. I would highly recommend this tape. For not knowing the REFUN brand at all, they have made me a believer!

I bought a pack in purple/pink (looks prettier than the photo in the amazon posting) and a pack in black for my husband. Just opened the pink one up and applied, hoping to alleviate some stress from my growing preggo belly. It’s already starting to feel better, so it’s only going to get better as I learn more application techniques. Just buy them, you’ll love them. They’re comfy and breathable. I haven’t tried any other ones, but I don’t really feel like I need to - I’m super happy with these. :)

For the price, this tape cannot be beaten. It comes in pre-cut sizes but most of not all applications of the tap will not require the precut length.I use for runners knee and typically cut each presided strip in half. Works like a charm. No rolling for me. Most rolling occurs due to improper application - for instance, on the knee- with knee fully extended (straight in front of you) cut to length, stretch tape so there is no give, apply just below the patella. I think in so many circumstances where there is a complaint on rolling - the tape is either being used as a wrap (it’s not a wrap) or it is not fully stretched when applied.While I haven’t used it for all my other achy joints, I know that this works great for my balky knee and I have no doubt it performs as well as the more expensive single roll I can get at my local pharmacy. I can guarantee I’ll be back to buy more at this price!

These are very good. I’ve used KT Tape before (which are excellent), but after finding this one I am not spending double the money for the KT and am sticking to this ones.I run, swim and bike; if it weren’t for the support the tapes give me I would’ve had to either stop running or get surgery for at least one of my knees.I need three pre-cut tapes for each knee all the time (6 in total at every application); although I try not to get it fully wet when I shower (which is impossible when swimming 2 times a week) they do a bit from when I shower. I pat dry for a little while to try and get out all the excess I can, a d these maintain its support for an avg. of 5 days.Do take in consideration: I find that these ones are a bit less stretchy, and a bit shorter than the KT ones. It’s fine to me (I am 5’1” and skinny), but might be an inconvenience for a taller/wider person. Still, for the price, I think they work perfectly.

Great value! I’d recommend the nude color, because it blends into your skin nicely, and doesn’t stand out. I wear KT tape all the time, at home, work, and going out, so it’s nice to be less noticeable. The precut stripes are very convenient and make it much easier and quicker to apply. The tape holds well, you can sweat and shower in it and mine usually lasts a good 4/5 days. The key is to apply it correct. It’s best if placing on a hairless area clean the area well, then I use an alcohol wipe to dry the skin which makes it hold just as good and using spray adhesive. This pack also comes with a great taping guide with a bunch of great technics. I highly recommend this!
