MUDHEN Organic Haritaki Powder 1lb (16 Ounces), Terminalia Chebula

Everyone knows going into buying this that it isn't going to taste good, but really it isn't so bad if you just choke it down and drink a glass of water. While I haven't tried other brands, I can tell you that this one does work. Taking it at night, (is pretty much the only option due to the frequent bathroom trips) sometimes I have had trouble falling asleep due to interesting fractal closed eye visuals, but at least you know that it's working, and I haven't actually woken up in the morning groggy from lack of sleep. It seems as though once you DO fall asleep the rest is very deep and fulfilling if that makes sense. I would buy more once this is gone, however I don't do it all the time so this bag will probably last until the freshness comes into question.

I purchased for the sole purpose of 3rd eye opening, and this is exactly what it did. Plus it gave me Soo much energy I couldn't sleep. So start off with small amounts.

I’ve been using this for a week now and I’m feeling great. great night sleep great oxygen flow through the body. The taste isn’t great but that was to be expected with this natural powder.

I ordered before from different supplier and it was not good, this one is fresh and has good flavor.

Love that it is such a smooth ORGANIC powder, however the taste is awful. I had another brand that the taste was tolerable. This here is so different and hard to stomach.

Good stuff out of the 10 or so brands I’ve tried for organic haritaki this one is one I’ll keep ordering. Way4organic is a great one too
