Easy assembly by one person, and I am a retired nurse so most should be able to get it done. Took me about 45 minutes. I find the metal frame to be very sturdy and yeah boy! If you never used one before and are a senior use the recommended settings first week. I have degenerative lower back and otherwise healthy, tried it on full 180 and whew!! LOL..adjusted up. After a couple weeks of the first setting 3 times a week, I am used to it now and my back is better, however I am using a tens unit also as that is what the chiropractor was using. have weaned off the Advil and all is much better. Good investment overall because the chiropractor cost 250 a week. The tens unit was 30. I am happy with my choice and that I can use it whenever the $100.00 has paid for itself. I chose the red and black one, very attractive.

I love this table. I am 6’3” tall very skeptical 50 years old guy. Living with lower back pain pretty much all the time. I don’t have any major injuries but my back was bothering me all the time and from time to time putting me completely out of service for 3-4 days at the time. Some time ago I came across a video about the inversion table. I was convinced it was another bs money maker ripping off naive and desperate people but just to make sure that I am not missing anything I decided to buy this one from Amazon. The price was very low so I wasn’t expecting to much from it. I was ABSOLUTELY WRONG ON EVERYTHING. ITS BEEN OVER 3 weeks AND I FEEL 20 YEARS OLD AGAIN !!! It DOES WORK ! And quality of the table is very good. Nobody pays me anything for advertising it. It truly miraculously changed my life and I can’t believe I didn’t buy it 20 years ago. I am using it 4 to 6 times a day for 2-3 minutes at the time. It is the very first thing in the morning and the very last at night. Anyone with pain should try it. It absolutely works for me !!!

The price was right although I’m spoiled by 2 day free shipping and didn’t like having to wait- that said it arrived earlier than expected.I put it together by myself in less than an hour. The instructions were pretty clear.If I have any complaint at all- I just feel like the foot bar could be more solid.I felt immediate relief from my back and shoulder pain and I’m pretty happy to have my own inversion table to use at home.

I have only had for 1 month, I am 78 years old who was very active physically and have 2 bad knees, 1 bad shoulder (all bone on bone), and spinal stenosis. I was unable to sleep and was up several times a night with severe back pain. I lived on Tylenol and pain pills. Got the inversion table and my problem with my back, which was debilitating, were mostly over. I use it twice a day, morning and night for about a total of 5 minutes, 30 degree inversion, and slight wiggling movement to loosen my vertebrae, inverted for 1 to 2 minutes, up for 30 seconds, then back down, and I am good to go.....Pain Free. For 2 years I was in constant pain when laying down, no sleep, and pills, pills, pills. This has changed my life. As for the product......it i a quality product, very sturdy, well made, easy to assemble......A real bargain. Thank you for allowing me to change my life.

I'm almost 40 and have been a bartender, landscaper, and tree remover since I was 18. My back goes out A LOT. I usually suck it up but recently my lower back and hip pain was excruciating and I would have to crawl up the steps. My buddy has the same issue so I bought him one for Christmas and one for myself. You won't be healed instantly but I definitely felt better every time I used it. Posture is better too. I couldn't figure out the ankle straps at first because the assembly instructions are on separate pages but I eventually got it. Also it is a little sketchy on a smooth floor so I recommend using it on a mat or carpet. Great piece of equipment and great price.

Ok, so I'm 6'1" 225lbs. I'm going to bed tonight for the first time in twenty years without horrible back and hip pain. I was in a motorcycle accident @19 years old (21 years ago) and have gone through 3 hip replacement surgeries, had back and hip pain I wouldn't wish on anyone for over twenty years. I was skeptical about this inversion table because of the low price but decided to take a go anyways. Took about 30 minutes to put together (if you have tools don't use the ones sent with the package) and after a few five minute sessions over the last few hours I've not felt so much relief in years. This is a great product.

It arrived pretty quickly and not damaged. Was easy to assembly and didn't take that long to do. Assembled mostly by myself but did need one other person for one or two steps.Takes a little bit of time to get use to and figure out how to use with your busy but other than that it's pretty self explanatory. Obviously there are side effects ( lightheadedness, dizziness, etc) which you can research more into but not everyone will experience them. Time on the table is at your own pace. Benefits will vary. But for my back pain, is helped a lot. I have skeletal and muscular back problems and it's helped with both.I've found ways to move around a little, apply pressure in areas to help more so while using the table too.All in all, good purchase.Only "down side" wish there was other color options.
