Mic quality is really bad
Overall quality is definitely not bad. But the biggest issues are the microphone which is really bad. The other side barely hears your voice. The other thing is that ear buds do not fit well into your ears and really not easy to figure out what is left or right. Apart from these, the material and built quality look ok.

Basic Headphone set
I am an audio and sound snob, and have had many, many headphones in my time. I'll always review with the price in mind, as the best quality does often amount to £££ and they're not always within range or fit for purpose to pay that much. The internet doesn't seem to give much information about the company - i've seen them on a few shelves in PC World before and assumed they're of there same calibre as those colourful GUMY headphones that are everywhere, except these are double - sometimes triple - the price in some cases.Having seen and used them in person, along with the brand identity, they just seem a bit too shaky to me. A little too close to the cheap Chinese manufacture with English marketing behind it, something that we are seeing more and more these days over a respect for quality products.PRODUCT QUALITY-----------------------They come with spare buds in blue, and overall the set is a molded silicon/plastic, but it just seems a bit roughly done and like it will split with the practicalities of throwing them in a bag, squeezing in to a pocket, that sort of practical real-world use. As they don't come with a bag or case, I can really see this happening. Also the blue colour way has these little specks, which i'm assuming is part of the design but instead looks like poor finishing of the product, like when rubber products get those little white nicks.SOUND QUALITY--------------------They're okay. A solid 4/5 on the audio. Considering what they cost, i'm not expecting much, but they're not bad as in no exaggerated frequencies, no noticeable artefacts such as sounding tinny or too bassy, they're okay. If used at the gym they would be okay, as those environments often have so much background noise that sound quality often doesn't mean much when competing with sound volume.USABILITY------------Not great. They come with an instruction booklet which explains it well, however the X and O buttons seem counterproductive when it would have been far easier to design them with a bluetooth link button, a skip and a pause. There is no indication of when these are on, although they did link fine. I think they've assumed that all control is down via the device now (which is somewhat true) but that would then make the current buttons redundant anyway, it just seems like poor design really.OVERALL-----------Too pricey for what they are. I actually like the neck hook thing as part of the design, it helps a lot in keeping them in your ears for running or travelling, but i'd pay half the price as they're good enough as an emergency pair, an impulse buy at the airport or a cheap set to get wrecked when on a run.

Great but why wont the buds stay in?
These headphones are really great but also not so great.Good points:- fantastic to go walking, running with a free mobility of not having those annoying wires.- I can simply but my phone in my bag, out of the way and use my headphones as an accessory that plays music - which is just super cool and freeing!- the loudness is perfect! My last headphones were so quiet but these have superb volume.- the material being rubber is excellent, so even in those hot or rainy days, the neck-band doesn't rub. I even forget that it's even there.-the headphones come with 3 different sized ear buds so you will definitely have a perfect fit for your ear.Bad Points:- I find personally the ear buds, although they are a perfect size for my ear, I am constantly squeezing them back in and trying not to move my head around too much as they tend to fall out easily. A few times the wind has even blown them out of my ear.(This may be just my personal problem as I have experienced this with other headphones with the same type of ear-piece.)- I found that in rainy weather my music started to crackle and keep stopping and starting. I think this may be because of bad Bluetooth reception in rainy weather.- when skipping songs, it takes so long to hold down each button, at least, 3 seconds that it was so much easier just taking my phone from my bag and doing it on there - which I find to be completely defeated the object of Bluetooth headphones.- when pausing and playing, it takes a few seconds to actually do so which I found to be a default, especially when I'm wanting to cross the road - sometimes I have to just take the headphones out to be quick.Overall I do enjoy these headphones and their handiness to not have that annoying wires draping everywhere and getting in your way, and of course the freedom of empty pockets without phones but I would have defintiely loved the ear buds to be different. The constantly having to push the buds back into my ear, only to have them fall out seconds later is defintiely a default for me. Because of this, I may look for other headphones that I am more comfortable with the buds.BUT - This may be just because of my ears. I tried them with my father and he seemed okay with them in fitting in his ear alright.
