Clock Radio,Dual Alarms Clock Radio With AM/FM Radio And Sleep Timer,Large Number Display,Battery Backup

So I took a look at the 1 star review.One of them had had a small point. The rest are junk.So first my requirementsI wanted a non-DAB clock radio.It had to have a display which was not to bright and certainly nothing flashing on and off at night.I wanted digital controls (cheap clock radios have cheap variable resistor/capacitor controls which fail noisily).But I wanted the controls to be not too difficult as I have better things to do than press and hold 3 buttons.It had to have a reasonable sound though I knew for the price it would not be hi-fi.It had to be mains-powered but battery backup would be useful.I did not want any gadets/themes/extras as they look naff and add to the price.So this one ticked all the boxes.It does feel a bit cheap but what do you expect for the price.I like that hitting any button but the snooze button turns it off.The setup is a little bit fiddly but not bad and it comes with fairly good instructions.The display is huge but is dim enough not to wake us up.So pretty good so far. If it fails inside 2 years I will be back to comment again.

I have had over my lifetime lots of electronic gadgets from the first electric record player to the computer. Setting up in all cases, have always been the same .Studying and reading the instructions.Well, I didn't, and was a joke to my friends.Reading the reviews on this before I bought it, I decided to read the instructions and proceeded. Sorting out which buttons to press took me 10 minutes, and finally everything else fell into place. I found the item a nice style with a strong large red display. Sound is as expected from such a tiny box, as good as hearing sound that comes from ear phones on a mobile. For what it's intended for, it is good, It seems sturdy in it's construction, looks good, and is better than my last clock radio, which has now been recycled....

Ita a good clock however we can't get the sound to work nicely. No idea why. It's a bit weird to set alarms too but we managed after struggling for a few hours. Maybe it's just us. However it's a great clock and do it's work. Value for money!

Simple to use, great display with large numbers really easy to see in the dark! Easy to set, radio is good but sound quality isn't five star. Overall a good quality product I would recommend.

This device is good value for money but not without faults. There is a good bright display and a good set of switch controls for operations. The sound quality is on the poor side but adequate. The controls are not straightforward to operate although the buttons are quite big and responsive - the weakness is in the functions which are a bit muddly to perform not helped by an inadequate instruction manual which could have been set out and written more clearly. The lack of clarity is emphasized too by the very mean physical appearance of the document which is tiny and in very small print making use of a magnifying glass essential for all users with less than excellent vision.Despite my criticisms, the device is good value and does its job very well once you get used to the settings

Don't bother unless you have a 5 year old who can no doubt get it to work perfectly. The controls are very difficult to use, it's difficult to navigate between wavebands and very difficult to tune. Not at all intuitive. I gave up and bought a PURE Radio instead with an arm function for £39.95 - streets ahead of this.

This item is brilliant. It arrived before it's due date and was well-packed. The instructions are very easy to follow and it works well. The sound is good considering the size of the speaker. It is small and compact and the large digital figures are easy to read. Would recommend this item.

Poor quality item, appears to be very similar to a Bush clock radio, however certainly not the same build quality. My unit would not receive radio stations with any clarity, poor sound and got very warm when switched on. Returned for refund, best avoided.
