Great addition to my routine

It works for me and my mom.
My mom felt better in five days and didn't need her cane. I felt better in five days as well. I'm very grateful that the store clerk recommended this because I was only going to buy tumeric. When I ran out, I bought only tumeric and used it for the entire month. It helped some, but never like the TamaFlex, which I now use exclusively.

Probably the single best product for joint support
For years I have been taking a concoction of joint support supplements (glucosamine/chonroitin, tumeric, etc.), and overall they worked well, but TamaFlex has been a step above everything else. This is my third bottle of TamaFlex and when I started taking it I noticed a HUGE difference in just a couple days. The main thing I noticed was an increase in my range of motion, and significantly less discomfort. I highly recommend this product, it has helped so much.

Have used a couple of years. I believe it helps a lot with my hand arthritis. Less expensive on Amazon last 2 times I needed to purchase
