One of the controllers was damage and when I placed for return I myself have to return it by courier one of the controllers was working fine andotherwise damage when I used only one controller it's very fine and easy to play with it but without the other controllers it's a bit uncomfortable but if the controls are working together it's very easy to used one of my friends had the same controller but he received a perfect controller it was very easy to play with it if you receive a good condition controller you may get chicken dinner because it's very easy to play with this controller but most of the reviews say that they received damaged product but some have received a perfect product so it's your choice to go with this or not you can buy from any other seller so that you can receive a good order check if the order is Amazon fulfilled if not don't buy the product

It works perfectly with my MI Redmi note 4(with tempered glass). Same triggers does not work well with MI Redmi note 5 Pro ( without tempered glass). I am not sure if this is because of tempered glass or because of different build of the mobiles. I would still give full 5 stars to this product as I it makes game very easy if it is supporting your mobile.

Even though I returned them twice and got refunded, I don't think they were completely useless. Firstly, they are really light in weight, that's a plus. Easily installed, and worked perfectly but the durability is questionable, it started to come off when you tighten them a bit to your phone. That's why I returned it the first time. After the replacement, the triggers didn't work at all, so I had to return it and get the refund. For this price, they're fine, and definitely better than the others at same price.

These things are hard to attach and align on a smartphone (i use iphoneX).Their trigger buttons' touch pads are sometimes over sensitive and start firing on their own.They need to design them better so that these things are easy to attach and remove from a smartphone.Very poor overall experience primarily because of the difficulty in attaching and aligning them on the phone.

That ok...but not working properly. Bullet button u can't use with this when u r aiming and moving. U have to use it when u don't touch aim and moving button with ur thumb. This is not helpful. I am using these two as jumb and scope button only. Can't use it as fire button properly. So I suggest u to not purchase.

I ordered a pair and one of the keys did not work. Then I requested for replacement, and yet again the same thing happened. The trouble for replacing this crap is not worth 3 returns, so I threw it out. Its cheap, and falls apart easily. Please don't fall for this extra button for pro fps gaming bullsh*t, you are probably better off without it. If you order one, you are most likely to end up receiving a damaged plastic crap.P.S. The one star is for my delivery man, he is nice guy.

Have had it for 2 months now and it works very smoothly. Works perfectly all the time. It's durability is low in regards that dropping it is very damaging. I have dropped mine quite a few times now, so the casing of one is splitting apart a bit now( totally my fault though, as long as you don't drop it, it will stay good).
