Better Foods Astaxanthin I 80 Capsules of 4 mg Astax I Natural antioxidant from Algae & Rosemary I Food Supplement Without Silica I Lactose & Gluten Free

Got these a few days ago. Obviously the packaging is superb. The glass jar is inside a box that is of quality. Makes you feel good that your feeding your body with a quality product. Would be great if they did a refill in a pouch so you could just reuse the glass jar and then the product would be a little cheaper as well. Easy to take the gels out and see how many you have left.I have been taking these for a few days now. No bad smell or after taste. I’m happy because if I react to something it is usually within 24 hours so all good. I’m hoping these will help my skin and my blood circulation in my legs. But only time will tell as you need some months to really benefit from supplements. Overall these will be repurchased once finished.

Being no stranger to supplements ( my reviews on other purchases is the testimonial ), a friend of mine recommended me on to this supplement. I did some research and found that it is beneficial in preventing degeneration which both of my parents had as well as joint health and other benefits. Sometimes hitting the gym regularly takes toll the body and might cause inflammation especially after leg days. After months of deliberation, finally decided to try this one. The main reason to go with this is the low dosage and the ingredients, I prefer to start with 4mg than taking 10mg tablets right away and see how my body copes up.Any way to truly review the supplements is to putting it in comparison to placebo , but in my case I have to compare with how I feel. I've been using this supplement for about 10 days and I must say the pain has greatly diminished and "the limp" is reduced. The grinding pain does not wake me up at night anymore. I have noticed my head is clearer, I have more stamina, and I am in a better mood.I truly hope it is helping in all the other ways Astaxanthin is supposed to do. My only concern is whether this formula is as effective as the oil-based forms. before I commit 3 to longer term, so I'm sold on it so far. I would really appreciate any positive (useful) info anyone has to offer about this productAm going to update the review once I complete the course. Happy with the purchase so far

From my own experience of taking the capsules, I find that taking two daily, as opposed to one only on the first lot that I got, the two capsules have benefitted my eyes which previously constantly watered & now don’t & also, these capsules are healing a sore tendon in my foot, so they must be good for inflammation in my opinion.
